I think the winner here are your boots. They look real and aren't floppy looking as home sewn costumes can lookk. Everything else is awesome, while similar to other costumes, yours is very refined and you fit in it. Your white hair locks are the weakest part of your costume but very ingenious with incorporating your real platnium hair as the substitute. Others tend to bleach or sew into a wig for the white effect but it looks like a wig. Yours does too but the use of your real hair adds authenticity to the wig. Cheers to the amazing detail.
Oh wow! Your Rogue is amazing! I'm planning to do this cosplay too, and I would love to get some advice from a pro. (Seriously, your wig is the prettiest I've seen so far!!). I'd love to know how you created your wig, what fabric you used for your suit and how you created the boots.
Thank you! I will help you the best I can. I'm so glad you like my costume! I purchased the brown wig from my local beauty supply store. It's by the R&B collection, though at this point I don't have the product number-- sorry! The bangs are human hair, bleached white, on a single weft. I just tuck them underneath and curl and spray them the day of the con. I did not attach them permanently so I can use the brown wig for other costumes. The suit is made of milliskin fabric and the boots are actually boot covers that slip over the shoes, which are my leftover Silk Spectre shoes. I commissioned the suit and boot covers from Peachykiki. [link] The jacket is by Logan's Closet. [link]
I made the belt buckle myself out of foam and vinyl. Hope this helps!
